The Jalapeño pepper is one of the most well-known chilli peppers and is being used frequently in Mexico. Jalapeños have an unique taste and a real bite to them. They are delicious in combination with for example tacos, fajitas and tortilla wraps, but also very tasty with nachos or cheese.
