We accept credit/debit card payments through PayPal, and payments via bank transfer. Our bank account details are given on the checkout page, and we ask that you use your surname as a reference for the payment to allow us to marry up the order and the payment quickly.

No, you don't need a PayPal account to shop with us. You can choose 'Guest Checkout' from the bottom of the PayPal login page.

Of course. If you're local to us, you can select 'Pick up from store', leave any comments for us about your order, and then pick it up from our Newcastle Emlyn shop.

You don't need to register for an account. We have a guest checkout option which just requires your contact details and payment. However, without an account, you won't be able to track your order status, or be eligible for any future discount codes, etc.

In your 'My Account' there is an Order History option where you can see all your orders, including any returns that have been made. If you placed an order via 'Guest Checkout' then please contact us with the details, and we will endeavour to find the order for you.
In the 'My Account' page there is an option to 'Modify your address book entries'. Clicking here will allow you to add a new address or to modify an existing address.
If you are unable to log in, then clicking the 'Forgotten Password' link will allow you to reset your password.
If you simply want to change an existing password, then enter 'My Account' page and click on the 'Password' or 'Change your Password' links.
