A distilled water-based infusion of lavender flower water, produced as a co-product of the steam distillation process. Also called a hyrdrolat or hydrosol. Lavender flower water has a light, floral and herbaceous aroma.
Lavender flower water relaxes and soothes all skin types, and the aroma helps you to soothe and reduce anxiety.
It is useful to use before bedtime to help promote a good night sleep, and is particularly beneficial for baby care – try adding a few tablespoons to their bath water.
Please note: this is a pure flower water and not water with essential oil added – it has a different molecular composition.
