This product uses the best quality full-strength natural magnesium chloride, sourced from the ancient Zechstein seabed some 2000 metres below ground in Holland.
It contains over 30% magnesium chloride by weight with beneficial trace minerals and is maximum strength saturation with an 'oily' consistency, but does not in fact contain any oil. Does not mark clothing.
A highly concentrated solution of natural magnesium chloride ('magnesium oil') can deliver ionic magnesium directly into the blood stream when applied to the skin. This type of supplementation is very economical and easy to use at home.
Oral magnesium supplements are not always well absorbed. Most suitable for direct skin application or adding to a foot or bath soak. Product can be diluted with water for persons with sensitive skin. Maximum suggested dilution is 50/50.

Warnings and advice:
Magnesium supplementation should not be used in cases of poor kidney function, heart block or myasthenia gravis. Do not discontinue prescribed medication or begin magnesium supplementation without first consulting your personal healthcare professional.
