Dark Muscovado Sugar, 500g

Dark muscovado sugar is an unrefined, moist sugar with a strong molasses content, giving it a deep, rich flavour and a dark brown colour. Unlike other brown sugars that are made by adding molasses back to refined sugar, dark muscovado retains much of the molasses naturally present in the sugarcane. This results in a sticky, coarse texture and a robust taste profile with notes of toffee, caramel, and a hint of smokiness.

Uses of Dark Muscovado Sugar
