Fusilli made with Italian organic durum wheat semolina, grown by La Terra E Il Ceilo farmer members. The dough is bronze-drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures, to preserve the raw material.
Thanks to the bronze drawing, the pasta is porous and rough, characteristics that accentuate the absorption capacity of the sauces.
