This sweet Asian sauce is often used as a marinade or glaze for meat, or as an addition to stir-fries. This vegetarian hoisin sauce is made with brown rice, miso, kombu (seaweed), shiitake mushrooms, spices, sesame, and garlic.
Tip: delicious with Yakso basmati rice, Yakso seitan, tofu or jackfruit. Or as a dipping sauce with your spring roll.
