Whole wheat pasta, manufactured with experience and care at “La Terra e il Cielo” facilities, is particularly appreciated by consumers who prefer to eat nutritionally complete food. It is made with stone-milled flours which retain the most precious nutritional components (the germ) because the only parts of the grain to be eliminated are the rougher and less digestible fibres. Durum wheat is the superior grain present in most areas of central Italy.
