With this Raspberry Jelly it’s easy to make vegan jelly at home. Simply add boiling water, give it a good stir and leave it to set. For a twist, pour the mixture into individual pots and pop in some fresh raspberries.

Ingredients:
raw cane sugar, gelling agents (carrageenan, locust bean gum), citric acid, natural colour (beetroot red), natural raspberry flavour (1,1%), acidity regulator (potassium citrate).
