Organic Fairly Traded Pineapple, 100g

This dried pineapple is made from Cayenne Lisse pineapples. Once fully ripe, the pineapples are hand-sliced and dried. The flavour is sweet and zingy. 30g of sun dried pineapple makes up one of your 5 a day portions of fruit, and is a source of fibre. A great addition to healthy lunchboxes, and to take walking or camping. Because it is dried at temperatures lower than 42°C, dried pineapple is suitable for a raw food diet.
